Gel polish, builder gel, dual-form extensions and fills don't take the same time, so on STTIK every treatment has its own price and length. The calendar only offers clients times when the treatment they picked fits completely, so a two-hour set never runs into the next appointment. You can add a fixed buffer between bookings — to clean your station, sterilise your tools or take a breath — and cap the number of appointments per day, so your back and hands last until the end of the week.
Your showcase page shows your full price list, photos of your work, the languages you speak and the city you work in. Put the link in your Instagram bio, send it on WhatsApp, and print the QR code — it saves as an image — next to your station. A client who arrives through the link sees everything she needs and books herself, so you stop sending the same price-list screenshot ten times a week. It also helps if you see English-, French- and Hebrew-speaking clients: each of them uses the app in her own language.
If you work fixed hours, set up one typical week and it repeats. If you juggle kids, studies or another job, switch to day-by-day mode and open availability only on the days and hours that work for you that week. Clients never see times you can't really offer, and you no longer have to cancel afterwards.
Every booking request can wait for your approval or be confirmed instantly, whichever suits you. If you work from home, you also choose what is shown of your address: just the city, the street, or the full address — and those details are only visible to signed-in users.
Write your own booking terms (the "takanon"): how far ahead clients can cancel, what happens if they're late, coming with polish removed… They are shown to the client before she confirms. Before the appointment, the client gets a reminder as an app notification, and every request or cancellation reaches you as a notification too. Payment for the treatment happens directly between you and your client, at the appointment, and STTIK takes no commission on your bookings: 0%.
After a completed appointment, the client is invited to leave a review, so your showcase page is built on feedback from people who actually came to you. Clients searching in the app — say, "gel polish today in Petah Tikva" — can discover your business if it matches their search and your availability. And once your page is complete — photo, city, price list and photos of your work — it can also appear on STTIK's city pages, like the nail techs page for your city.
